  3. Severe restriction in long term will result in ketosis; fats are broken down into ketones for energy.
  4. Sometimes, a low-carb diet can change the body's metabolic process and can hamper mental and physical health.
  5. However, excess carbohydrate is bad for our health but survival without carbohydrate is not possible.
  6. Carbohydrate food is equally important as protein and fat foods.
