ΔQab=+7000=μCv(1000300)
For the process ca:

Ta=300K,Tc=Tb=1000K
ΔQca=μCp(3001000)=μCp×700
=μ(Cv+R)700

For carbon monoxide:
γ=7/5
Cv=Rγ1=R751=5R2
Hence, from equation of ΔQab:
7000=μ5R2×700 or μR=20/5=4
ΔQca=72(4)700=9800J
Negative sign shows that heat is ejected.
