Average atomic mass of an element existing in different isotopes is given by:
Mavg=ni=1MiAini=1Ai
where
Mi=atomic mass of an isotope with relative abundance of Ai

Given:
Mavg=12.011 u,M1=12u,A1=a,M2=13u,A2=1a

On subtitutiing we get:

12.011=12×a+13×(1a)a+(1a)

12.011=13a

a=0.989

Thus relative abundance of 12C is 98.9% and of 13C is 1.1%
