Total number of cards are 100. (2 to 101)

No. of cards having perfect square:
101=10.049

i.e. perfect squares of a number less than 10 are there from 2 to 10 there are 9 numbers.

So, number of cards having a perfect square is 9.
Therefore, required probability =9100.
