Solution

The correct option is C Both B and C
Electrophile is the molecule which has tendency to attract electron while a neucleophile has tendency to lose electron. Attractive and buttressing groups of the active site form a complementary structure when the substrate approaches the enzyme and catalytic group comes in close proximity of the bond of the substrate to be broken. The catalytic site puts a strain on the enzyme substrate bond through electrophilic and nucleophilic forces which leads to formation of product.
So, the correct answer is option D.
