The correct option is A 13th July 2016.
Let us calculate 180 days from the date of manufacturing.

Days remaining in January = 20 days
In February = 28 days
In March = 31 days
In April = 30 days
In May = 31 days
In June = 30 days
In July = 13 days

Total days = 17 + 28 + 31 + 30 + 31 + 30 + 13 = 180 days

Hence, the expiry date will be 13th July 2016.
