Solution

The correct option is A Double stranded DNA
Cauliflower mosaic virus (CaMV) infects mostly plants of the Brassicaceae family but some CaMV strains are also able to infect Solanaceae species. CaMV contains a circular double-stranded DNA molecule of about 8.0 kilobases which are interrupted by nicks. These nicks are the result of the actions of RNase H during reverse transcription. After entering the host cell, these single-stranded nicks in the viral DNA are repaired and forms a supercoiled molecule.
So, the correct answer is 'Double-stranded DNA'.
