Walls of the seminiferous tubules are made of germinal epithelial cells. Germinal epithelial cells are made of cubiodal germinal cells and sertoli cells. Cuboidal germinal cells give rise to the male gametes or the sperms. Sertoli cells supports and helps in the process of spermatogenesis or production of sperms. Leydig cells produce testosterone.
