The correct option is B Spindle formation
Centrosome is the region present adjacent to the nucleus and in the cytoplasm which contain centrioles. Centrioles are cylindrical organelles that help in cell division in animal cells. During cell division, centrioles migrate to the poles of animal cells and are involved in the formation of the spindle fibres. Spindle fibres attach to sister chromatids from both sides and pull one sister chromatid at each pole. This way, chromosomal material is divided equally for the formation of two daughter cells.
