Work done by the force
= Change in KE
$= \frac{1}{2} m v^{2} - \frac{1}{2} m u^{2}$
$= \frac{1}{2} m (v^{2} - u^{2}) = \frac{1}{2} \times 20 \times (5^{2} - 2^{2})$
$= 10 \times (25 - 4) = 210 J$
