Using Raoult's law,

Here, xB is mole fraction of solute
nA and nB are number of moles of solvent and solute and M and m are masses of solvent and solute.

310=m/60100/18+m/60
m=10007
Molality=number of molesweight of solute×1000=1000/760100×1000
Molality = 23.81 m
