In case of compound (I) and (II) , electron density in 1 amine is less than 2 amine and two methyl group attached to 2 amine having +I effect. i.e, why primary amine have more stable intermolecular H-bonding than secondary amine. In 1 amine have 2 H-atom and 2 amine have only one H-atom for intramolecular H-bonding. So, the boiling point of 1 amine is higher than the 2 and 3 amine. Order1>2>3.
