Suppose Chandran has Rs $x$.
Then, Suresh has Rs. $\frac{x}{4}$

And, Jayesh has $\frac{1}{3}\times Rs.\frac{x}{4}$= Rs. $\frac{x}{12}$

Given $\frac{x}{4}-\frac{x}{12}=100\Rightarrow \frac{3x-x}{12}=100$

$\Rightarrow \frac{2x}{12}=100\Rightarrow x=Rs.600$
