Solution

The correct option is A He remarked that I was a very lazy boy and that I had done my work very badly.
To change an Exclamatory sentence into indirect speech we need to first convert the sentence to an assertive sentence.
When a sentence in direct speech is in present perfect tense it will be changed to past perfect tense, whereas if the sentence is in simple present tense it will be changed to simple past tense in indirect speech, given that the reporting verb is in past tense.
Here, Option A is correct answer as it is changed to the required tenses that is simple past tense and past perfect tense respectively.
Option B, C, D are incorrect as they are not changed to the required tenses.
