1. Mixture of different solid constituents - in a liquid constituent.
Method:--Chromatography
It is a method of separation in which the components to be separated are distributed between two phases, one of which is stationary phase while the other is mobile phase which moves in a definite direction.
2. Two solid mixtures one of which - dissolves in a particular solvent and other does not.
Method:-- Sublimation
It is the process to separates a mixture of solids, one of which sublime.
In this process a few substances change directly, from a solid to vapour on heating without going through the liquid state.
