For a right angled triangle, the sum of square of two shorter sides must be equal to the square of the third side.
Now, ${1.5}^2+{3.6}^2=2.25+12.96$
$=15.21$
Also, $(3.9{)}^2=15.21$
$\Rightarrow (1.5{)}^2+(3.6{)}^2=(3.9{)}^2$
Hence, the given sides form right angled triangle.
