Put $x = 2$
$L H S = \frac{28}{2 x} = \frac{28}{2 (2)} = \frac{28}{4} = 7$
RHS $= 7$
As, RHS = LHS
Therefore, $x = 2$ satisfies equation $\frac{28}{2 x} = 7$
