Solution

The inner ear consists of a labyrinth of fluid-filled chambers within the temporal bone of the skull, which consists of two parts- the bony and membranous labyrinth. Inside the bony labyrinth lies the membranous labyrinth which is surrounded by a fluid called perilymph while the membranous labyrinth is filled with a fluid called endolymph. The coiled portion of the labyrinth is called cochlea and the cochlear duct is filled with endolymph. At the floor of cochlear duct is present the organ of Corti. Hence, endolymph surrounds the organ of Corti. So, the answer is endolymph.
