NaCl & CaCl2 are ionic compounds and SnCl4 with Sn(+4) oxidation state is more covalent than SnCl2 with Sn(+2) oxidation state due to Fajan's rule of polarization which states that smaller cationic size leads to more polarizing power and thus more covalent character of the bond.
