x=2y1 (i)
x=y (ii)
Step 1: Find the value of y
Substituting x=y in (i), we get
Equation (i) (x)=2y1
(y)=2y1
y2y=1y=1y=1

Step 2: Now, Find the value of x
Substitute y=1 in equation (i)
Equation (i) x=2(y)1
x=2(1)1

x=1,y=1
