As we can see, the denominator of all the given fractions are different and hence, they are unlike fractions.​

To compare them, we must convert all unlike fractions into like fractions and then compare the numerators.
$\frac{1}{5}=\frac{1\times 8}{5\times 8}=\frac{8}{40}$

$\frac{3}{10}=\frac{3\times 4}{10\times 4}=\frac{12}{40}$

​$\frac{15}{20}=\frac{15\times 2}{20\times 2}=\frac{30}{40}$
