The correct option is B 50 percent
When a trait shows complete dominance, the heterozygous offsprings will show the dominant phenotype. If a cross is carried out between the homozygous dominant and homozygous recessive individuals the F2 generation will have a genotypic ratio of 1:2:1 for homozygous dominant, heterozygous dominant and homozygous recessive respectively. So, the percentage of individuals showing the heterozygous genotype will be, 2/4 X 100 = 50%. So, the correct option is '50 percent'.
