For the triangle with vertices G, H and I, let the vertices of dilated triangle be represented as G/, H/ and I/,

Coordinate points of each vertices of the original triangle are

G=(2,3)
H=(2,6)
I=(5,5)

Multiplying the coordinate points of each vertices by the scaling factor, we get

G/=(2×3,3×3)=(6,9)
H/=(2×3,6×3)=(6,18)
