Solution

The correct option is A Agrobacterium - T-DNA
Agrobacterium tumefaciens is a gram negative bacterium. It is causative agent of crown gall disease of dicots. It a pathogen of several dicot plants. They have a T-plasmid which have the tumor causing genes, thus it is able to deliver a piece of DNA known as T-DNA, to transform normal plant cells into tumor cells.

A thermostable DNA polymerase enzyme is isolated from a bacterium, Thermus aquaticus.
Hind II is a restriction endonuclease while ligase is molecular glue.
