The correct option is C Assertion is true, but reason is false.
If a person is standing before centre of curvature $C$ , then his image will form beyond $C$ which will not be visible to him and when he stands at or beyond $C$ , then his image will form at or before $C$ which can be seen by him.

$∴$ Assertion is correct.
For concave mirror, virtual image is produced for object kept between pole and focus.

$∴$ Reason is not correct.
