ii. Yes, it is possible that particle have zero acceleration with non-zero velocity as in the case like particle is moving with constant velocity.
iii. It is not true that a particle has positive acceleration will be considered under accelerated motion.
for example: Suppose a car is accelerating in reverse direction, if forward direction is positive then the backward or reverse direction will be negative, so, in such case acceleration will be negative but the car is still accelerating.
iv. Yes it is possible.
for example: if we throw a ball vertically upwards, at the maximum height the velocity of the ball will be zero, but the acceleration due to gravity will be acting on it downward, which is non-zero.
