Choose the incorrect option for the adaptations seen in cacti.
Tendrils are found.
Cacti, in order to survive in extremely dry weather, show certain types of modifications of the plant parts. These modifications are known as adaptations. Few of them are as follows:
1. Leaves are turned into spines, in order to prevent the loss of water through transpiration.
2. Stems become bulbous and full of water (fleshy stem).
3. Root systems are well developed which reach deep into the soil and spread laterally.
Tendrils are slender thread like structures mostly found in climbers.
