The correct option is C Left ventricle → Aorta → Arteries → Tissues → Veins → Right atrium
Human blood circulation is made up of two types of circulation : the pulmonary circulation and the systemic circulation. Both of them, together, form the double circulatory system in human beings.
Systemic circulation is the circulation of the oxygenated blood from the heart (left ventricle), through the aorta to the various parts of the body. It reaches the tissues through the arteries, arterioles and the capillaries. The deoxygenated blood is collected from the tissues by the veins, venules and the vena cavas and is drained into the right atrium.
Pulmonary circulation involves the flow of deoxygenated blood from the right ventricle to the lungs through the pulmonary artery. After oxygenation, the blood is drained back into the left atrium through the pulmonary veins.
