Choose the correct sequence of events that occur in the process of phagocytosis.
Engulfs pathogen in Membrane sac → Membrane sac combines with Lysosome → Enzymes destroy the Pathogen → Remains are expelled
Phagocytosis is the process by which phagocytes (monocytes and neutrophils) engulf and destroy the bacteria. The process starts with the cell engulfing the bacteria in what's known as a membrane sac. The membrane sac then combines with lysosome which consists of enzymes. These enzymes destroy the bacteria and then expel the remains.
