As we know that, two angles are said to be supplementary angles if they add up to 180°.

Now, as per the question :

AOE and BOE is 180°.( i.e. AOE+BOE=AOB=180°) ( angles on a straight line add up to 180°)

Hence AOE and BOE are the supplementary angles.
