As we know that, two angles are said to be supplementary angles if they add up to $180°$.

Now, as per the question :

$\angle AOE$ and $\angle BOE$ is $180°$.( i.e. $\angle AOE+\angle BOE=\angle AOB=180°$) ($\because$ angles on a straight line add up to $180°$)

Hence $\angle AOE$ and $\angle BOE$ are the supplementary angles.
