We know, ΔG=ΔHTΔS
For a spontaneous process ΔG should be negative.
a) If ΔH is positive and ΔS is negative, then ΔG is positive at all temperatures, hence it is a non-spontaneous process.
b) If ΔH and ΔS are both negative, then ΔG will be negative at low temperature. So it will be a spontaneous process at low temperature.
c) If ΔH and ΔS both are positive then at high temperatures, the reaction will be spontaneous.
d) If ΔH is negative and ΔS is positive, then ΔG will be negative for both high and low temperatures. So it will be spontaneous in both cases.
