According to the question we have to first find the smallest integer from the given triangular shapes.
I. -9 > -11 > -13 => -13 is the smallest integer.
II. 7 > 0 > -1 => -1 is the smallest integer.
III. -5 > -7 > -23 => -23 is the smallest integer.
IV. 17 > 13 > -14 => -14 is the smallest integer.

On adding: -13 - 1 - 23 - 14 = - (13 + 1 + 23 + 14) = -51.
