Solution

Dear Student

Yes, the Circle of justice is an appropriate term to describe the relationship between the king and his subjects. As said by Fakhr-I Mudabbir in the 13th century, it was very important for the king to keep the interests of the peasants/farmers because the salaries that comes as revenue and tax collection was the basis of strong military in the kingdom. And soldiers cannot live without salaries which come from peasants. The only way to keep the peasants pay revenue effectively was to run the kingdom with just and fairness. That way the farmers would be prosperous and happy, hence the military promoted equality and peace for a safe life. The role of the king in this circle of justice is of prime importance as he becomes the central person of operation and successful kingdom is the effort made at every step. That’s why Circle of Justice is an appropriate term to describe the relationship between the king and his subjects.
