Both C2 and C6 are having a H atom in anti-periplanar position to Cl. Zaitsev product, the more stable one is formed when βH from C2 is removed. If βH from C6 is removed, the less stable Hofmann product is formed. Hence, Zaitsev product is the major product formed.
