Palampur is located 3km from the Raiganj which is a big village and the nearest town is shahpur. Palampur is well connected with its neighbouring villages and town. It has a well developed roads and transport system. Villagers of Palampur use bullock carts, tongas, rickshaws etc for their transportation. Motorcycles, jeeps, tractors and trucks etc are also used to transport people and goods to sell to the neighbouring villages. So it is well connected with its neighbouring villages and towns by all weather roads.
