The question is to seperate the given from the mixture, which seperation technique is used.

(1) To seperate sodium chloride from sodium chloride in water, Evaporation technique is used. Water will evaporate and we get sodium chloride.
(2) To seperate ammonium chloride from a mixture of sodium chloride and ammonium chloride, Sublimation technique is used. Ammonium chloride converts directly into vapours on heating.
(3) To small piece of mattel in the engine oil of a car, Filteration technique is used.
