HCl is strong acid so it is a strong electrolyte.
CH3COOH is a weak acid and dissociates partially so it is a weak electrolyte.
While CH3COONa is an ionic salt, so it is a strong electrolyte as it completely dissociates.
Same with common salt as it is an ionic salt, it is a strong electrolyte
Rubber which is a polymer doesn’t at all dissociates, so it is a non electrolyte.
