Reflex :

  1. The automatic response to any change in the internal or external environment of an organism is called reflex action or reflex.
  2. There are two types of reflexes- natural or inborn reflexes and conditioned or acquired reflexes.
  3. Natural reflexes are the ones where no previous experience or learning is required.

Conditioned reflex :

  1. Conditioned reflexes are the ones where learning and experience are required which develop over some time.
  2. Here, applying sudden brakes when a dog crosses a path is a reflex that has developed over some time due to experiences so, the reflex is a conditioned reflex.
