A polynomial is a function of the form f(x)=anxn+an1xn1+...+a2x2+a1x+a0 .
where an,an1,...a2,a1,a0 . are contants
and n is a natural number.
Let p(x)=4x3

The degree of a polynomial is the highest power of x in its expression.
Highest power of x in p(x) is =3
Thus, the degree of p(x) is 3
Polynomial of degree 3 is a cubic polynomial.
Hence, p(x)=4x3 is a Cubic polynomial.
