= Rs $\left(\frac{85}{2}\times \frac{28}{5}\right)=\mathrm{Rs}\left(\frac{85\times 28}{2\times 5}\right)=\mathrm{Rs}\left(17\times 14\right)=\mathrm{Rs}238$
Hence, the cost of $5\frac{3}{5}\mathrm{m}$of cloth is Rs 238.
