Co3+ has 3d6 configuration.
For a complex to be diamagnetic, it should have no unpaired electrons. So, in the cobalt complex given all the six electrons pair up in 3 d-orbitals leaving two empty d-orbitals for hybridization with s and p orbitals to give d2sp3 hybridisation. Thus option (c) is the correct answer
