Solubility of gases in liquids decreases on increasing the temperature. This means that if x gm of solute dissolves at some temperature, then increasing the temperature will dissolve less than x gm.

In this case, CO was already dissolved till saturation. But when the temperature is increased, less CO will be dissolved. The remaining CO gas will escape.
