CO2 fixation rate at light intensity in- C3 and C4 plants
C3 plants grow in a temperate climate, whereas c4 plants grow in a tropical climate. So due to high light conditions, the temperature increases.
In the case of C3 plants, transpiration increases due to high temperatures. The stoma closes to reduce the transpiration. So carbon dioxide intake reduces which leads to a reduction in carbon dioxide fixation.
In the case of C4 plants, they are adapted to live at a high temperature. So, there is not be any change in the carbon dioxide fixation process.
