The correct option is B Q3 ; S1
(Q). Phthalimide on treatment with a base gets converted to its sodium salt and is soluble in aqueous media while benzyl amine does not. Aqueous part is then neutralised by HCl and phthalimide is recovered.
(S). Terminal alkyne (eg. 1-butyne) reacts with Tollens' reagent and gives white precipitate.
