Solution

(A) A molecule of solid ammonium chloride NH4Cl(s) contains coordinate bond between N and H atoms, ionic bond between ammonium ion and chloride ions and covalent bond between N and H atoms.
(B) Copper sulphate pentahydrate CuSO4.5H2O(s) forms intermolecular hydrogen bonds due to presence of water of crystallisation. It contains coordinate bond, ionic bond between cupric ions and sulphate ions and covalent bond between O and H atoms of water molecule.
(C) B(OH)3 forms inter molecular hydrogen bonds as H is attached to electronegative O atom. It contains covalent bonds.
(D) Hydrogen peroxide H2O2(l) forms inter molecular hydrogen bonds as H is attached to electronegative O atom. It contains covalent bonds.
