1. Sponge has tiny holes in which air is trapped and also the material is not rigid.
   when it is pressed the air is thrown out and therefore it can be compressed.
2. The water molecules absorb the heat of our body and convert it into gas molecules.
   The energy is taken away by the molecules when they convert from a liquid into a gas and this causes cooling.
