  5. For this purpose, they have dense cytoplasm and thin cell walls.
  6. Due to this reason, meristematic cells lack vacuole.
  7. Meristematic cells are undifferentiated and constantly diving into immature cells.
  8. Also as they do not have any waste material to store, vacuoles are absent.
