From equation $\left(1\right)$ and $\left(2\right)$, we get

$350<276000$.

$\Rightarrow$$3.5\times {10}^2<$$2.76\times {10}^6$

Hence, $3.5\times {10}^2$ is smaller than $2.76\times {10}^6$.
