The correct option is C am starting
The blank specifies something that is happening (feeling tired) that is why we are supposed to use the present continuous (also called present progressive). It is a verb tense which is used to show that an ongoing action is happening now, either at the moment of speech or now in a larger sense. The present continuous can also be used to show that an action is going to take place in the near future. It ends in"-ing".
Thus Option B and D becomes wrong.
In option A, "will be" is in the future tense which makes it future continuous. It is the wrong option.
Option C is correct.
