Complete the pathway of the passage of air.

Open in App
Solution

Respiratory tract is the pathway of atmospheric air from the nostrils to the alveoli.
We breathe in air through our nostrils (1), from there it passes through the nasal cavity (2) to the trachea (3).
From the trachea air passes into the bronchus (4) which is the passageway to the lungs.
The bronchus further branches into smaller and smaller passageways known as bronchioles (5) which lead to tiny air sacs called alveoli (6).
